Password Protected Excel Files

I am wondering if there is a way to share an excel file that is password protected to another user and set time limits on how often that user has to re-enter the password to view/edit. When I share the protected sheet it is working just fine but the other user is required to constantly enter the password over and over again. How can I set specific settings for this issue?

    I guess that's on file level. If you share on SharePoint/OneDrive you may play with options for password protected links.

    Excel password protection in only to protect from the negligence, in general that's not for the security. Here are no advance options.
