Can you click on one cell in a row and then another cell in a column to result in excel plotting the spot they would meet (like an Performance Analysis Quadrant like here 564-class-notes-july-27-2010-3-728.jpg (728×546) (slidesharecdn.com) )

smcgregor Perhaps the attached file works for you. It uses INDEX and MATCH to find the correct quadrant (A, B, C or D) based on scores for Knowledge (Kn) and Attitude (Att). Note that I've used a few named ranges in the formula in J12.
