Paper sizes disappear
I setup a spreadsheet, define a custom paper size, define margins. Spreadsheet margins on screen are maybe correct. Input some test data and try to print. Printout is goofy, custom paper size along with most other paper sizes have disappeared. If I choose more paper sizes it opens a box that has nothing to do with more paper sizes.

- Paper sizes are handled by your printer driver. If you select a different printer, you will likely have a different list of available paper sizes.
I agree the More paper sizes option in the paper size drop-down is pointless, as it opens the page setup dialog, which does not have any additional paper sizes
