Paper sizes disappear

Paper sizes are handled by your printer driver. If you select a different printer, you will likely have a different list of available paper sizes.
I agree the More paper sizes option in the paper size drop-down is pointless, as it opens the page setup dialog, which does not have any additional paper sizes
