Paper Size
I just got Microsoft 365 and wanted to print a document in Legal size paper, but that option is not available. I can do letter, index cards, envelops, etc., but not legal size. Where can I find it ...

I only have one printer at home. It's the same printer I was using prior to the Microsoft 365.

Check the printer settings, which paper sizes does it offer?
One thing to try is to remove your printer and add it as a new printer. (or better, add it as a new printer and check that second "copy" of your printer to see if it'll let you choose more paper formats).
Alternatively, change to one of the different Windows offered "printers" such as "Print to PDF". Do those offer more paper-sizes?

The paper sizes it gives me is Letter, Executive, Envelope (different types), etc., but no Legal.
If I remove the printer, and I'm in the Instant Ink program, will that affect it?
I did the print to PDF and it does give me the Legal option.- JKPieterseApr 28, 2022Silver ContributorYou don't have to remove the printer from Windows, you can simply add it again (a second time). Then change the copy to be the default printer and try that.
