Page up or down jumps to cell in top row

I'm still having this. In the last post somebody mentions it having gone away with the 2211 release, though I'm stuck on 2202 because my organization manages updates and they're very very slow about approving and pushing any updates. This started without me having gotten an update. One day it was working fine, the next it wasn't. Can confirm that unfreezing and refreezing panes does fix it for a while. I've also found exactly how I can consistently break it again. Just moving the cellpointer somewhere outside of the frozen panes will start this again. Suppose I've frozen row 1 and column A so that the first cell in the frozen range is B2, moving anywhere in column A or row 1 will make it start jumping to the top again when paging. I guess I'm stuck with this until my organization finally gets me to a fixed version. I'd love to know why it worked one day and started breaking the next with no software update having happened. There must have been something that changed in my configuration.
