Override conditional format

Hi Team,

I have applied conditional format rule for a cellRange within a column to apply orange cell bg color if the value is negative. But for some reason, few particular cells should override this bg color to different color and this color should be applied from the formatCells. 

Could you please tell a way to override the conditional format without clearing the CF rule ?
