Outlook inbox dashboard in excel

Hi, 

I have 20+ different inboxes in Outlook which staff work through and we have an SLA of actioning all mails within 48 hours.

I'm trying to find a way to build a dashboard which updates every 2 hours which gives a snapshot of the overall volumes yet to be actioned. E. G. 17/9 2400, 16/9 954, 15/9 45. Also the same for each individual inbox.

Any help appreciated.

    Power Query has an Exchange connector that lets you extract all emails from a folder. It is up to you to find out what an "actioned" email is and what not.
