Org Chart - Smart Art - Hierarchy Question4

I am having a difficult time trying to create two lead positions that are at the same level but have separate people under them. Can anyone help clarify on how I need to create this in the org chart? These two lead level positions have separate positions in charge of them. Hope that makes sense. Let me know if you can help and thanks!
