Option button to change an inserted PDF?

Is there a way I can use an option button to change an inserted PDF? Like it's the same layout just has different information on it, I don't want to make 4 different excels for each one. If I have to, oh well.

Like if this radio button is selected then show this PDF. Just don't know how I would code that.
