Opening excel files

When I used to double click on an excel document, the program would start and open the document.  Now when I double click on the document, the program opens but then I have to go to the the file and ...

Hey Scott:

 

Did you try this:

 

  1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Clear the Ignore other applications that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) check box, and then click OK.
