Opening and closing excel damages structured formula
After opening and closing an excel file the structured formula is changed and give the #¿NAME? error, it seems to be related to the table name.

In Excel Options File → Options → Advanced in the Disable AutoRecover uncheck the Preserve AutoRecover information, and change to use INDEX + MATCH instead of perishable VLOOKUP / structured references.
