Office 2016 pro plus - XL copy paste is not functioning (no issue with MS Word)

I have also faced this issue.. 
Log into ur PC and go to powershell and run as administrator and paste the below code as it is 

& "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\OFFICE16\Oarpmany.exe" /removereleaseinpatch "{90160000-0012-0000-1000-0000000FF1CE}" "{27882596-A8ED-4382-9C71-6CD2DD19F732}" '1036' "0"

Paste this and click uninstall, and wait for some 10-15sec to get processed.

Once its done check it, it works..

Also  if u have enabled auto microsoft updates, again the pc will reinstall the updates to avoid that again in powershell run the below code

$ServiceManager = New-Object -ComObject Microsoft.Update.ServiceManager
$ServiceManager.RemoveService("7971f918-a847-4430-9279-4a52d1efe18d")

Since the recent microsft security update (KB5002914) comes under MSI optional update, you can ignore that. The above one will block auto update of optionals.. Run this until Microsoft official fixes these patches.

It worked in our remote desktop server.
