Office 2016 msi version x64 and x32 : Excel not working well on specific sheet
Hello,
I have Excel 2016 MSO 16.0.4738.1000 64 bits, but the problem described below is the same on x32bits, patched or not.
When installed on windows 10 (1809 - 17763.437),
- the graphs are incomplete, without data labels.
- OK and CANCEL buttons appears empty (blank) on windows (e.g. file/option)
- Save fails with "Errors were detected while saving 'c:\test.xlsm'. Microsoft excel may be able to save the file by removing or repairing some features." Repairs fails as well.

The same spreadsheet works well with windows 7 and exact same Office 2016 version.

I tried with a totally fresh windows 10 install, OEM from HP or Microsoft Open Licensing
tested computers have enough memory (8 to 16Gb) with Intel i5, i7 or AMD processors.
Any help or suggestion are welcome.

- Does the problem persist if you try a repair from control panel, software?
