NOW()
Can someone help me with the now() function, each time excel updates the time in every cell changes and do not want this. Any help with this would be appreciated.

If you want to insert the current date and time in a cell, and want it to be static please read this article to learn that.

Haytham already provided you a link that shows how you can insert a static date into a cell.
However, if you have many cells that already have NOW() into them and If you want to change them all at once then simply press Ctrl+H and in the find box put =NOW() and in the replace box put the date time for example 28/03/2018 19:03 and click replace All.
