No Option for Pivot Chart
I need to add a PivotChart based on a PivotTable, but there is no option on the insert tab to insert one? Any way I could work around this or insert one?

Recent versions of Excel don't have a separate PivotChart option.
Create the PivotTable the usual way.
Simply click on any cell in the PivotTable, then activate the Insert tab of the ribbon and create a chart just like any other chart. Because the source data is a PivotTable, Excel will automatically create a PivotChart.
