Newly created folder and files doesn't appear in power query transform data
Hi team
Happy Thursday !!
I wants to merge all files in a SharePoint folder. However, that newly created file and folder doesn't appear in the Power query. I have tried to clear caches, it still doens't appear there
Can anyone please assist to solve this issue ?
Thanks
Added some folders to my own SP yesterday but when I connected to the site with PQ I couldn't see the new folders either, until I refreshed the preview.
Did you try changing the Source step function from SharePoint.Files to SharePoint.Contents?
Then click your way into the 'table' in the Content column for the name 'Shared Documents' and then similar for the next folder level and so on.
If that's not it I can't help you. Sorry!

How exactly do you connect to SharePoint? Did you refresh the preview of the data?

I connect using Get data > From file > SharePoint folder. Also, I did data refresh preview.
