New Excell sheet
When starting new excell sheet the cell numbers are on the right hand side instead of left. The cell heading are right to left instead of left to right. As though the language is right to left like ...
As for the direction you may change this setting
As the default language settings are also here

SergeiBaklan thanks for the information. Do you know how to add "sheet right to left" to the page layout in the toolbar?
Not sure I understood what exactly do you mean, but you may add this icon to QAT
it toggles left-to-right / right-to-left
