New EXCEL 2019 on new PC is slow
I just build a new Windows 10 Gaming Computer and I installed Office Home & Business 2019 on it.
All the apps work great except for EXCEL. When I try to open it (not even opening a file) it takes about 1 minute to open. If I click on anything it takes about 30 seconds to register that I've pressed anything. Eventually, it just lags out and I have to close it using Task Manager.
I've tried everything from this site https://support.office.com/en-us/article/excel-not-responding-hangs-freezes-or-stops-working-37e7d3c9-9e84-40bf-a805-4ca6853a1ff4, but nothing worked.
In addition, I tried reinstalling Windows 10 and also installed EXCEL 2016, and that was slow as well.
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

 Thanks.
I will have to do more tweaking to see if I can fix more.- Glad to help.
