Network Connection Error in Excel

kweatherford I had my router network labeled as 'Metered' and changing that to not metered allowed me to access online help from the local Excel 365 App

Unfortunately that's not my issue. It fine when I restart the app, but only once or so, then it gives the error again

    I solved with following:

    by clicking File then Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings...>ActiveX Settings and disable Safe mode

    restart office and it works

      TY! Also worked for me. Sadly, too many others will suffer this nightmare before MS realizes what a goat rodeo we all go through to reach this conclusion.
