Try this:
=IF(G6="TBD","TBD",LOOKUP(TODAY()-G6,{0,305,366},{"In Compliance","Warning","Review Required"}))
=IF(G6="TBD","TBD",LOOKUP(TODAY()-G6,{0,305,366},{"In Compliance","Warning","Review Required"}))
