Need to get rid of line
Between Jim and Gayle Gann a line of information is showing that is not even on my spread sheet. Where is it coming from and how can I get rid of it. There are also two lines of information above another name that is not on my worksheet either. Where are they coming from.

Those lines ARE there, and unless you can give a bit more background on how that spreadsheet itself got generated or formed, I can't imagine how any body just looking at the image can offer anything other than a wild guess.I typed a brand new spreadsheet because that kept showing up in the old one and it is showing up in the new one too only when it is merged. Not if you look at the original spreadsheet that I typed.
- How are you doing the merge? Merge with Word for MailMerge purposes? The more complete your descriptions are, the more likely you're likely to be able to get resolution.
Is it possible for you to post a copy of the spreadsheets (except without real names and addresses)? Either here--or if that doesn't work in Google or OneDrive?
