Need to find a formula

In the example file i would like to get all the numbers with names from page 2 that do not allready exist in page 1 to get inserted into page 1. The Value of each different number must be the value in page 1 , if a number only exists in page 2 the value shall be set to 0. I have a larger database but wont share it due to privcy so i have just provided a smal example.
In other words, i would like to combine page 1 and page 2 without duplicates but the value of each Number shall be the value in page 1 or 0 if it only exists in page 2.

DanMikael I would go for PowerQuery. How you worked with it before? If not, the link below would be good place to start learning.
