Need solution for collecting travelling datas
Hello there!
I 'm collecting 10 colleague's travelling datas every month and I need a foolproof solutions for this.
We have a form with personal datas/car datas, and they need to fill the date, destination and distance.
Is it possible to make an excel with 10 different sheet while they only see their own sheet? Is it possible to restrict the sheets via sharepoint email?
Or what would be the best solution for this? Microsoft Form?
I want to avoid to be viewable their personal informations.

You can restrict access to workbooks with Information Rights Management (IRM) in Excel.
You can assign different access levels for each user, such as read-only or edit permissions.
You need to have a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes IRM features.
Another option is to save the sheets that you want to restrict as a separate workbook and share it with specific users on SharePoint online. You can also hide or unhide sheets in Excel, but this is not a secure way to protect data.
- The best solution might be to go with an MS Form. You can create the form from OneDrive so the results can be linked to an Excel workbook.
