need info on conditional formatting-duplicates

Question

I have a question-using excel. I have 64000+ lines of information. In order to try to narrow down which debit card number does not have an offset, I am using the conditional formatting duplicate formula. Is there an easy way to see which cells DO NOT have duplicates without having to look at each one?

You may add helper column, COUNTIF() current number on entire range, drag down and filter on this column only records with 1.

After applying the Highlight Duplicates rule, you can filter by color, selecting No Fill.
