Need help

I am new to Excel and I use Mac .I need to know the shortcut key for Mac on how to autofill data in the quickest way possible . For example, in the pic, in column I, (freeze) I need to autofill the formula throughout my entire row.there is around 1500 rows on the data.I could simply click the green icon to drag my formula vertically but its gonna take a long time . So what is the best approach?.
