Need help with formula

I have a sheet named members which holds all the members names and medical cells B1, C1, D1, and the sessions which they attend marked with an * cells F1 - X1. I would like to select the names from the selected sessions F1-X1 and put them into a register on separate sheets Mon Tues Wed. The participants may change classes, and would it be possible by changing with the * F1-X1 automatically change which register they are listed on.
