How have you organized your data which will serve as the basis for the calculation? Knowing how you're recording the information is an important part (a crucial part !!) of how you'd process it all.

Is it possible for you to post a copy of that list on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and paste a link here that grants edit access? (Just make it an anonymous copy that has no real people's full names)

      Hi mathetes

Thanks for your response. It is for a one-time presentation only. Very Very Basic
Need a simple one, so I have created a sample data set for ex last November whole month -1. The employee names are present 2. The employee ID 3. The office attending date (it doesn't matter if they go within 15 seconds).
In addition, I added the week numbers, so week 1 Nov, week 2 Nov, etc.(MON -FRIDAY) First task was to see the weekly attendance - I created a pivot of people with their weekly attendance to the office .
After that an Additional requirement is to see how many % of people are coming 3 days a week. Accordingly, the file has attendance data for 100 people, and I would like to know what percent of people come three times a week and I don't know how to do this.

If you already have a Pivot Table created, you clearly are not a beginner with Excel. Can the Pivot Table itself be a source of the calculation of percentages that you want?

As I asked first time around, can you post a copy (without real names; maybe just the IDs, but with a few additional characters added) on OneDrive or GoogleDrive. That would help flesh out your description. Just paste a link here to the spreadsheet, a link that grants us edit access.
