Need help making a script

Question

Can someone help me make a script that combines any runoff names (for example how row 672 has a longer name that leaks into column D) into the appropriate cell in column c?and is it possible for a script to scan the worksheet and do it to any names that look like that?

Does it need to be an Office Script or would VBA be OK?

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
