Need help Formula: if cell value greater then 0, duplicate few cells, orginize, & apply item number

Hello all, I tried searching and couldn't find anything, bringing this to the community for help.

In a few different sheets I have different job "cost" in material, labor management, coating equipment what I would like to do is populate row/column range information that is filled in column "cost"=column f over to a different sheet and have cell A of the same row populate as well. what i am thinking is: (mind you i have a few different "cost" tables scattered throughout the workbook)

-if in the in range column F value is greater then 0,

-copy same cell F and cell A over to different sheet to cell E and A, omitting  n/a or blank cells

-moving up all cells and having the items number populate.

highlighted info i would like to extract

cost column and item from cell range f and column a of same row

and insert and organizeend result rows 1-5 are from one range and rows 6-10 are from another range

sorry rows 2-6 are from a table range & 7-11 are from a different range
