Need help combining columns to export email group to outlook

Thank you for your reply. The cells are as above. A1 is Brown, James Arthur B1 is R2.D2 C1 is @pcsb.org
Columns A & B are as imported from our grading software. I'm trying to add the pcsb.org to complete the email address as mailto:R2.D2@pcsb.org I'm thinking the comma between the names and the period in between R2 and D2 of the email address could be a problem?
I have not attempted this before but I believe Outlook needs just name, address separated by a comma.
=LOWER(B1&C1)
