Need formula on excel to calculate permit fee

Hi, I am trying to create a spread sheet to use for pricing permits.

the way pricing works is:

Any structure 1000 sqft and under is $25.00

for each 1000 sqft or fraction thereof more it is $12.50 per 1000 sqft 

ive been trying different ways to do it but I cant figure it out
