Need assistance with sumifs formula

Could someone help me with formula , I don't use excel often and after watchin multiple YouTube videos I still can't get the formula right . 

So I need find amount for each supplier on mktg journal tab (column D) in P9 (column E), and bring the amount from the mktg tab .
