Need assistance please with a formula or a function

I am in need of assistance with a formula or a function to change a number automatically without having to change it manually.

Is there an EXCEL whiz here that can help me?

    Can you please be more specific as to what you what to change ?  Perhaps if you provided a before and after spreadsheet?
