Need a little help
This isn't to major. There's a little info. ribbon just on top of the excel work sheet, under the main ribbon. When you type something in a cell, it is also types here. Hopefully the short description will.
I don't know how but this info. ribbon has disappeared and I don know how to get it back. Any help would be greatly appreciate. Thanks in events.
I think you're talking about the Formula Bar.
To control display of the Formula Bar, follow these steps:
1. Display the Excel Options dialog box. (In Excel 2007 click the Office button and then click Excel Options. In Excel 2010 or a later version, display the File tab of the ribbon and then click Options. Excel displays the Excel Options dialog box.
2. At the left side of the dialog box click Advanced.
3. Scroll down until you see the Display options.
4. Click on the Show Formula Bar check box. If it is selected, then the Formula Bar is displayed; not selected means it won't be displayed.
5. Click on OK.
You can also use the Formula Bar option from the View tab of the ribbon. This option functions like a toggle—click on it once and the Formula Bar disappears; click again and it reappears.
