NB.SI With exclusions

Hi there ^^

I'm looking for a way to use the NB.SI function, But i'd need to exclude some cases.  Thoses are in the middle of the way, and it's annoying. I'm talking about the oranges one. If anyone can help me, I'd be gratfull 😉
