Navigate in excel keeping selection intant

Hi users,

 

I am new to Excel and I would like to know the keyboard shortcuts to navigate through the worksheet while keeping intact the cells I have selected.

I tried arrows, pg up, pg down, home, end keys, their combinations with ctrl key but they unselect my previously made selections of cells.

Please help with a solution.

    Try holding down the shift key while using those other key combinations.

      Hi JMB17, I did try it but using shift key changes the selection in that direction. I want to freely navigate while keeping the selection intact.

        You should be able to scroll with the mouse without changing the selection. I don't know of any way to navigate using the keyboard or clicking with the mouse that will not change the current selection.
