Name Box and Formula Bar have White Bar Latest Upgrade

After latest update, I have very annoying white bar.   I can't find any mention of this on web or twitter.    It obscures text.   Still happens regardless of Office Background or Theme.   Please h...

That was a good suggestion, but sadly, it did not work. I still have exact same problem.
