My mouse stopped scrolling on an open Excel spreadsheet.
The mouse scrolls on other Excel popup windows and other applications. Is there a setting I don't know about to turn on/off scrolling?
John_Hancock_1939 1st step would be to confirm you don't have frozen panes turned on.
I did have it on but was trying to scroll below the frozen planes at the top. I turned the frozen planes off and it didn't make any difference.
