My Excel doesn't work since my last update and install with Windows 10

Every time I go into any of my saved spreadsheets and type into a cell the system crashes and when I try to reopen it it shows the auto-save but I still cannot open or use Excel.  When I open a new spreadsheet, it does the same thing.  

It is very frustrating because I use it a lot.
