My 2013 "Get Data" tab is missing

Hello !
Power Query is native in Excel as of Excel 2016. With Microsoft 365, you have now the latest version of Excel. In Excel 2013, Power Query is an add-in that needed to be installed, and that's why you have a separate tab ("Get data").
To access Power Query, you have to click on "Data" tab and then on "Launch Power Query editor".
