Multiple users
I have just saved an excel sheet in Sharepoint. Anyone with access can open and edit.
How can I make sure Im working with the latest spreadsheet?
If everyone opens the spreadsheet at the same time - how will this affect when it comes to having the most updated version?
Im having tthis spreadsheet open all the time. I guess I have to repoen it everytime I want to work with the latest version?
Is the best way just to share the document with all its users ?

Hi Leder,
If you use Excel Online or desktop version which allows co-authoring you are always on the latest version. That could be some delay when one see changes made by another one with simultaneous editing, but usually quite small one.
