Multiple calculations continuing down the column

You can double click on the corner of the cell to copy the formula down (if your formula is in G7)

Hi Wyn

Yes, I can copy and paste into each cell, all the way down the column, but the trouble is that I have hundreds of rows and that is a lot of copying and pasting. I would like to type the formula into the top cell and have it run itself for each cell down the column. Is that possible?

So, starting with cell C7, I want to substract F7 from C7. Then I want to multiply by 100, Then I want to divide by F7.

Then I want to do all of that again, but only replacing the number 7 with the number 8, so:

C8-F8 * 100 / F8

Then again, on and on down the column. Is there a formula that I can type up top that will do that for me?

I hope that this makes more sense. Thank you for your help.

or just copy the formula, highlight all the cells you want to the formula to go into and then click paste (don't do one at a time)
