moving several excel spreadsheets into single file folder
I am trying to group several spreadsheets in a single folder so I can have the financial results easily available. I can set up the new folder using finder but when I get a listing of the files from...
I do not get an error message. I can set up the folder ok but when I try to move the excel spreadsheet into folder, it does not move.
Can you take a file and save-as to the folder location? maybe it's something to do with dragging? Not as familiar with Macs.
- Thanks for your reply. All that a person using a Mac has to do for Word folders is to drag the ungrouped documents into the specific word folder. That is not working for the Mac. The save as command is worth a trial and i will let you know if it works.
