Moving excel objects

Hi, colleagues! When I move an excel object (like a chart or a shape) it is moved only in particular length. For example, I want to move chart left for a 1 cm, excel let me do it only for 0.5 cm or 5 cm. What is wrong? How can I turn off this function?

    Select any object. Then on the ribbon, look for a drop-down called "Align". Click it and see if "Snap to grid" is highlighted (the icon has a grey-ish box).
