Moving data from one workbook to another without creating a new sheet

Hello,

I am the lead scout mentor for a local high school robotics team. This year we are trying to automate our scouting data collection as well as our data analysis procedure. I apologize for the length, but it is easier to answer a question if you have all the details.

Here is our scouting process:

1) Each robotics competition usually has over 100 matches. Each match contains 6 participating robots.

2) We have 1 scout collecting data from 1 robot for each match. The data is collected via a robotics app loaded on a Kindle Fire. That means we have 6 scouts entering match data into a seperate Kindle during each match.

2) Approximately every 3-4 matches, the individual scouts will export the data they have collected via the scouting app's Excel export feature and sending the resulting Excel file via bluetooth to our main scouting laptop.

3) Once the exported Excel data is received, another student needs to bring the data (from each data collection scouts exported Excel file) into our Master Scout template.

4) Data analysis is done via Tableau connected to our Master Scout template (which needs to contain all of our collected scouting data, preferrably on a single worksheet).

**I have attached sample sheets**

Other info needed:

1) The auto-generated, exported scout data Excel file contains mutliple sheets. (The structure of these exported Excel data files is set by the scouting app.) The scouting app's export Excel file contains data - such as a worksheet with team averages - that we do not need. It also auto-generates a new worksheet for each new team we scout. Each team sheet contains a varying number of columns depending upon how many times we've scouting them. It also contains a sheet of averages and individual sheet graphs which we also don't need.

2) Our auto-generated export scout data Excel file will always be new since each scout will send us an exported Excel sheet every 3-4 matches. It will only contain the data they have selected to export based on which teams they scouted in the last 3-4 matches.

So far I have tried:

1) Using the Query feature. This has allowed me to import the data using only the sheets and columns I want, however, I have only been able to get it to import to a new sheet within the Master workbook instead of having the data copy to the main sheet, new column.

2) Using Move and Copy feature. Same results as above.

It is obviously very important that we automate this process as much as possible. Thank you for your assistance! Our robotics team appreciates it very much.
