I am having this same issue in regards to the problems using the mouse cursor to put myself in the middle or anywhere within a conditional formatting formula. For me, it also only for certain formats within my workbook. It only occurs within one worksheet, and even then - it is only for some of the formatted cells. I can do the F2 thing, but i want to be able to use my mouse and cursor. Please help

Goldenwolf49 I was having this issue constantly. Searched the internet and couldn't find any answer. But I found a workaround for me. I have no idea why this would be the case, but if it happens scrolling to the top of the worksheet fixes this issue and I can once again navigate with the mouse.
