Movement of cursor within Formula inside Conditional Formatting

To be able to work with the cursor keys in the conditional formatting dialog, you must first press the F2 (stands for Edit) key.

Thank you for your reply....Unfortunately, I've tried that and it didn't work. I, also, tried it by selecting the Fn button 1st. But, thanks again.
