Move Data Associated with a Zip Code to Another Sheet
Hi everyone! Hoping you can help me out. I have a spreadsheet (sample at Attch 1) with over 3,000 names and numerous zip codes on it. I need to pull the data associated with my 200 unique zip codes (sample at Attch 2) from one sheet to another so I can make my own report with just me zip codes and associated data (Col A-F, Attch 1). I'm guessing I can't do this with Vlookup because I'd have to search for each zip code individually, which would take forever. Is there another function I can use to look for all the zip codes assigned to me and pull associated data at once? I appreciate your help.

magc210 Easiest done with Power Query (PQ). At least, that's my personal opinion. I replicated your example on a smaller scale. some data in the Data sheet and the PQ output in the Query-MyZip sheet.
If you are not familiar with PQ the link below point to a good place to start.

But, if your real data is indeed in a six column table and the list of your ZIP codes in one column, you can just copy the 3000 names and addresses into the first table and your 200 ZIPs into the other. Then on the Data ribbon press Refresh All and see what happens. Almost certain that the table of names and addresses for your zip codes shows up in the Query sheet within a few seconds.
