MOUSE SCROLL BUTTON NOT WORKING IN EXCEL

Dear Tech Guys,

I have an issue that mouse scroll (Up/Down) is not working in Excel app which is retrieved from my colleague's OneDrive. Editing ok. only have a problem scrolling mouse button not responding subject excel file only. other files working fine. Please help me... Thanks
